Traveler Terms of Agreement

When you use this website, you agree to the following terms, and you agree to convey the contents of this agreement to your traveling family members or companions:

1. Responsibility

JTB International Canada Ltd. ("We") acts as an agent for airlines, tour operators, cruise lines, accommodation providers, car rental companies, ground operators, and other travel service suppliers listed on the itineraries or documents provided by JTB International Canada Ltd. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these suppliers, their subcontractors, or any failures in their service provision, scheduling, or contract compliance.

2. Hazards

We do not have special knowledge regarding foreign entry requirements, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather risks, supplier bankruptcies, or the accessibility of services for individuals with disabilities. For foreign entry requirements, please visit travel.state.gov. For State Department travel advisories, go to travel.state.gov. For health-related information, please refer to the CDC website at cdc.gov/travel. You understand that travel comes with inherent risks and agree to assume all responsibilities for personal injury, property damage, or any other issues arising during travel booked through JTB International Canada Ltd.

3. Limitations of Refunds

Airlines impose cancellation and change fees, which may be up to 100% of the ticket value for discounted fares. Tour operators, cruise lines, and other travel service providers may also impose significant penalties. Please review applicable cancellation policies before making any reservation.

4. Delays

Flight delays are common, and airlines are not legally obligated to cover incidental expenses such as meals, accommodations, or transportation during delays.

5. Check Your Itinerary

As soon as you receive your itinerary, please review it carefully to ensure all details, including dates, times, and rates, are correct.

6. Reconfirmation

We recommend reconfirming your flight or train schedule before departure and upon return, as schedule changes are frequent.

7. Package Trips

When booking a package trip, a deposit is required by the tour operator or cruise line at the time of reservation. The amount, cancellation policy, and refund terms vary by supplier. JTB International Canada Ltd. acts solely as a booking facilitator and does not endorse or recommend any third-party service provider.

8. Charter Trips

If your package involves a charter flight, please be aware that departure times, routes, and even aircraft types can change at the last minute. Charter services often come with strict cancellation policies, and frequent flyer miles may not be accrued.

9. Final Payment

Full payment is required before any travel documents or tickets will be issued.

10. Non-Use Coupons

In cases where flight coupons are unused, we do not guarantee that airlines will honor them. You agree to indemnify JTB International Canada Ltd. from any claims regarding fare differences or ticket values.

11. Foreign Currency

Currency rates provided on this website are sourced from publicly available data and are subject to change daily.

12. Information on Website

By booking travel services through JTB International Canada Ltd., you grant us power of attorney to sign necessary documents on your behalf for the issuance of tickets, hotel reservations, and other travel services. You agree to be responsible for any purchases made on your behalf and will not hold JTB International Canada Ltd. liable for actions taken under this power of attorney.
